Before the titles, before the stages, before the businesses, there was a little girl who believed in imagination. Addie has always been equal parts visionary and doer.

The kind of person who doesn’t just see what is, but what could be. She asks bigger questions. She leans into possibility. When she commits to something, she doesn’t dip a toe in- she builds the whole dock and organizes the yard.

She’s naturally wired to lift people. Some people network. Addie connects. Some people teach. Addie transforms. She sees potential in others long before they see it in themselves and then she refuses to let them settle for less.

She’s bold, but not loud for the sake of attention. Confident, but never finished learning.

She balances grit with warmth, vision with action, and leadership with deep loyalty to the people she cares about. Addie believes freedom isn’t accidental. It’s built. She believes growth requires courage.

She believes impact is more important than applause.

At home, she is “Merma”: playful, imaginative, and fully present with the people who matter most. In life, she is a builder of momentum, a catalyst of a woman who refuses to live small and quietly challenges others to stop living small too.
