Addie won't just get the job done.  She is committed to get the job done right, on time, and work to exceed the expectations and needs of members.

Addie Owens, CRS is a top producer and CEO of Touchstone Real Estate Group, Inc, operating a brokerage, school and referral company. She's been highly driven for success since she began her real estate career as an appraiser in 2005.

A licensed Instructor, Addie has put her passion for all things Real Estate, promoting and improving the industry. She is a faculty member of RRC, Florida Realtors and her own real estate school. She also teaches leadership courses for NAR. As a leader, she has served various roles including:

President, Realtors Association of Lake and Sumter Counties
President, RRC Florida
RRC National Board of Directors
NAR Board of Directors
Florida Realtors Director
Florida Realtors Executive Committee

Her committee service primarily focuses on professional development and legislative affairs. She has proudly served her local association, Florida Realtors and the National Association of Realtors in multiple roles. At RRC, Addie has participated on the Career Paths and Elections Process President’s Advisory Panels and has served as the Co-Chair of RRC Education Masterminds and national Director.

Addie founded the Touchstone Community First Foundation, created to give back to people facing temporary housing issues, and students attending trade schools. A local leader, she currently serves on:

Lake County Planning and Zoning Board,
Affordable Housing Advisory Board

She previously served as Chair of the Board of Adjustments, and a local CRA.

Addie spends free time with family, enjoying the outdoors. She and her husband enjoy hiking in our National Parks, and anywhere else Addie can find a hill or rocks to climb.

When asked why she chooses to serve RRC, she has a simple but impactful answer. "I serve because I care, and I know I can make a difference. I care about our members, our customers, and the future of our industry. My career as a Realtor® has shaped me and I am committed to reinvesting my time and talents helping today’s agents and future generations build a brighter future. The legacy I will leave behind is one of service to causes greater than self." 

On March 20, 025, elections will open and members will have the power to elect a leader that helps shape the future of RRC.  Addie is the right choice for this role.
